Dr. Franko performs a high volume of complex and open forearm fracture surgeries.  This includes radius and ulna shaft fractures, distal radius fractures, distal ulna fractures, Galeazzi fracture, Monteggia fractures, and a variety of fracture-dislocations around the forearm and wrist.  He uses a combination of treatment techniques, including plate and screw fixation, pinning, external fixation, splinting as well as wound care management including wound vacs and both partial and full-thickness skin grafts. The specific treatment best for you and your fracture is based on each individual’s personal needs and fracture pattern.
