Dr. Franko is facile and comfortable with many forms of treatment for Dupuytren disease. If patients are bothered enough by the symptoms, Dr. Franko may offer treatments including therapy and splinting, percutaneous needle aponeurotomy, Xiaflex collagenase injections, mini-fasciotomies, or open fasciectomies with or without skin grafting. The specific treatment best for you and your hand is based on each individual’s personal needs and disease pattern.
